Role Description The Talent Acquisition Operations Leader leads the operational strategy and infrastructure supporting global recruitment across a high-volume industrial manufacturing technology organization. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role serves as a strategic partner and operational leader responsible for enabling the successful execution of the global talent acquisition strategy. As a peer to TA Managers that are aligned to the business, this role ensures scalable, compliant, and efficient recruiting operations across all regions. The TA Operations Leader oversees global pre-boarding processes, vendor governance, recruitment programs, compliance and audit readiness, reporting and analytics, and the development of standardized policies and procedures. This leader manages a team of professionals and drives continuous improvement to enhance candidate experience, mitigate risk, support workforce growth objectives, and ultimately deliver top talent to the business. Key Responsibilities - Lead and optimize global pre-boarding and compliance operations (background checks, drug screening, adjudication, documentation). - Oversee TA vendors and tools, including ATS, job boards, assessment partners, and screening providers. - Manage key recruitment programs — new hire kits, referral administration, engagement surveys, mobility/relocation support, and college recruiting operations. - Develop, implement, and maintain recruitment SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks. - Ensure audit readiness and compliance (e.g., SOX, SOC-2) across TA operations. - Drive reporting and analytics on hiring metrics, open roles, vendor performance, and operational KPIs. - Lead and develop a global TA operations team (4–6 direct reports). - Partner with TA leadership to support and operationalize the global talent acquisition strategy. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or Recruiting Governance within a complex, multi-site or global organization. - Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments (3,000+ hires annually preferred). - Demonstrated experience managing global pre-employment compliance processes. - Experience overseeing vendor management, contract negotiations, and SLA performance. - Strong knowledge of audit frameworks (SOX, SOC-2, OFCCP) and process documentation standards. - Experience developing and maintaining SOPs and operational policies. - Advanced analytical skills with experience generating and interpreting recruiting metrics and dashboards. - Proven people leadership experience managing direct reports. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across global teams. Requirements - Must have strong knowledge of audit frameworks (SOX, SOC-2, OFCCP) and demonstrated experience managing global pre-employment compliance processes. - This role requires travel as needed. Benefits - The range for this position is $104,200.00 to $225,500.00.
