About the Role Caribou is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join our Accounting team reporting directly to the Controller. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our financial processes, ensuring our financial systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for high-velocity growth. In this role, you will… - Serve as the primary administrator for our financial systems, including Netsuite, UKG and Avalara. Manage day-to-day operations, while providing high-level hands-on support for users. - Act as the product owner for the financial tech stack, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains through gap analysis, process mapping, and system enhancements. - Lead the hands-on customization of NetSuite and UKG.
