Who You Are - You hold an undergraduate degree and at least seven years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working closely with private insurance companies or from the private insurance sector. - You demonstrate expert-level skills in stakeholder management, advocacy, and direct engagement with insurance or policy leaders. - You possess a strategic mindset with a proven track record of establishing mutually beneficial partnerships in a complex environment. - You are knowledgeable about the drug development and commercialization process specifically within the Canadian landscape. - You demonstrate a deep understanding of industry regulations and the standards governing pharmaceutical advertising and interactions. - You are proficient at leveraging digital tools and technology to manage professional networks and enhance stakeholder engagement. - In this position, you will be servicing customers across Canada, therefore a proficient level of English is required and French may be required depending on geographical location. - You demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills used to influence high-level bureaucratic and corporate leaders. About the Role Caribou is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join our Accounting team reporting directly to the Controller.
