Qualifications - Experience: 5+ years in product management (or related roles), with a focus on agent-facing products and/or Sales & Operations enablement. - Data Fluency: Hands-on with tools like Looker, BigQuery; confident in setting test metrics and reading results. - Product Taste: Clear perspective on operational UX and workflow efficiency; can articulate why an interaction works for both users and the business. - Collaboration: Strong partnership skills with Design, Research, Engineering, and business stakeholders; comfortable working within design systems. - Technical Awareness: Familiarity with AI/ML systems and API integrations; comfortable going deep on implementation details with engineering. - Business Acumen: Able to build and maintain a roadmap that solves real business needs; understands tradeoffs across conversion, cost, and customer experience. - Communication: Skilled at writing clear specs; adept at driving alignment through both verbal and written communication. - Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus. About the Role Caribou is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst (Senior Business Systems Administrator, NetSuite) to join our Accounting team reporting directly to the Controller. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our financial processes, ensuring our financial systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for high-velocity growth. In this role, you will… - Serve as the primary administrator for our financial systems, including Netsuite, UKG and Avalara. About the Role Caribou is looking for a proactive, organized, and articulate Customer Success Specialist to manage inbound customer communications, handle customer complaints, and assist with the pending Lender Approval process. The Strategic Finance Associate will be a key member of Caribou’s Finance organization focused on setting, managing and accelerating the overall financial targets for Caribou’s Sales & Operations, Technology and Product functions. Partner with key stakeholders primarily within Sales & Operations, Technology and Product, to create financial visibility and apply sound financial theory to assist in setting business priorities. Create and structure financial models needed in support of greenfield initiatives as well as scale core offerings. Think strategically and leverage analysis from models to aid in decision making. Ensure and validate efficient capital deployment and management across Caribou’s Sales & Operations, Technology and Product departments. Work closely with the Accounting function to anchor to actuals and proactively identify trends surfacing in the financials. Assist in conducting ad-hoc analysis and preparing recurring reporting deliverables with cross-functional teams. Support a variety of investor, capital investment and planning and Board reporting deliverables. Capture the entirety of financial implications across Caribou’s P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash position. We are seeking candidates with previous experience in auto loan refinancing. In this role as a Senior Loan Advisor you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads (no cold calling!), consulting with and assisting customers in refinancing their auto loans. Leveraging a consultative sales approach, you will advise customers on the purchase of additional protection products including vehicle protection services and other offerings Provide customers with a thorough explanation of the terms of their loans, as well as aftermarket products and extended service contracts Act as a product sales expert, maintaining elevated product sales attachment goals and expectations Effectively manage and maintain a large pipeline of prospective customers, and maintain acceptable levels of conversion Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner, in congruence with our lender guidelines, finance laws, and internal compliance guidelines Process finance deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure funding Perform needs assessments, overcome objections and manage the expectations of customers Other duties may be assigned Hours This role will primarily work within normal business hours which are currently 7AM - 7PM (MT), Monday through Friday (hours of operation subject to change in the future). In addition, you will be required to work at least one Weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) every four weeks, during the hours of 8AM to 5PM (MT). In exchange, you will receive a flexible day off to make up for working the weekend shift.
