• Responsible for handling general access requests, ensuring correct resolution of access tickets in compliance with the rules, procedures and SOX controls involved in the processes. • Conduct problem management, proposing technical solutions aimed at mitigating errors and improving established processes. • Monitor and execute the area's SOX controls, as well as follow developments and test flows developed in ServiceNow.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience providing user support.
- Experience using Service Desk tools.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience mapping and executing processes.
- Knowledge of ITSM/IAM systems.
- Certifications are a plus (ITIL, COBIT, ITSM, etc.).
- Advantage: Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow.
