We are hiring a Field Marketing Manager to support and execute the full Canadian field and event marketing strategy and program across the region in support of Core revenue teams. This hire will be responsible for developing regional strategy, activating local market opportunities, and partnering directly with Canadian revenue leaders in-region. This role will own the planning and execution of all field and event programs across Canada — from Tier 1 hosted and sponsored events to regional field marketing activations including executive dinners, happy hours, StackAdapt Connect events, and priority local sponsorships. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, understands how to tailor global messaging to regional audiences, and thrives in close partnership with Sales. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, and we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position. You’ll report directly to the Head of Event Marketing. What You'll Be Doing: - Support planning and execution of the event portfolio (hosted and sponsored), including large-scale industry events, flagship StackAdapt experiences, and priority sponsorships. - Execute high-impact field events such as executive dinners, client entertainment, and localized networking activations to drive engagement and pipeline. - Manage all aspects of event delivery including budgeting, vendor and venue management, contract negotiation, logistics, attendee recruiting, onsite execution, follow up actions and reporting - Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and venues across Canada - Design and execute post-event lead nurturing workflows, ensuring a seamless hand-off to the sales team. - Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to ensure accurate attribution, campaign tracking, and performance reporting. - Use Salesforce and HubSpot (or similar) to manage campaigns, attribution, and reporting. What You'll Bring to the Table - 2-5 years of event and/or field marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, adtech, or martech. - Experience supporting revenue teams across Canadian markets with strong cultural and market awareness. - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent programs. - Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Content teams. - Strong communication skills and comfort working autonomously in-region. The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in Ontario, Canada. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location. This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package. Factors Influencing Final Compensation: - The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications. - Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer.
