We are seeking a highly organized and independent Marketing Operations Contractor to provide part-time support to our marketing team. This role will work directly with our Senior Marketing Manager and is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep marketing initiatives running smoothly, particularly around events, webinars, contact management, and content support. This position requires approximately 10 hours per week and offers flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and experienced with HubSpot and general office operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with operational tasks related to marketing events, webinars, CRM management, and light content support. Responsibilities may include: - Researching and coordinating with venues for in-person events - Building target attendee lists and managing contact lists in HubSpot - Coordinating sponsor logistics for conferences - Creating calendar invitations and managing RSVP tracking - Ordering promotional items and tracking inventory - Tracking event budgets vs. actual spend - Supporting webinar logistics, including coordinating speaker availability, collecting speaker bios/headshots, creating templated registration landing pages, and segmenting registrants, attendees, and no-shows - Performing contact enrichment and CRM data updates - Preparing segmented lists for campaigns and outreach - Compiling quotes and testimonials into drafted internal documentation - Drafting social media posts from existing marketing content - Creating recap blog drafts from webinar transcripts - Identifying short clips or snippets for social media use
