• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design. • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and validate design decisions. • Partner with product managers, engineers, customer experience and stakeholders to align designs with business goals and technical constraints. • Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative design solutions and encourage team collaboration. • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across the Qostodian platform. • Utilize analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve the user experience continually. • Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and best practices in UX/UI design. • Present design concepts to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles. • Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to refine designs.

• Build, optimize, and embed machine learning models for on-device inference within the QSIDS detection engine. • Optimize models for performance and resource constraints, minimizing memory footprint, latency, and compute on-device. • Collaborate closely with systems engineers to integrate models efficiently into a Go-based engine. • Take models all the way to production and own them once they're running, monitoring performance, detecting drift, and iterating to keep them reliable. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define milestones and ensure timelines align with development needs. • Participate in discussions on technological choices and decisions regarding product development. • Resolve anomalies and problems as soon as they arise. • Stay on the lookout for the latest ML and other technologies and best practices - but resist novelty chasing. • Help onboard and train colleagues as the team grows. • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Serve as the primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle across Quebec and European territories, leading customer engagements including demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept deployments to drive new business and expansion. • Lead technical discovery to assess prospects’ environments, identify gaps, and define success criteria that guide proposal design and accelerate deals. • Maintain awareness of the AI, DSPM, and data security marketspace, understanding how evolving AI capabilities support customer objectives, and clearly articulate the resulting business impact to technical and executive stakeholders. • Enable, support, and train partners on Qohash solutions to drive new revenue through partner-led and co-sell motions. • Collaborate cross-functionally to support RFP responses, revenue-generating initiatives, and strategic expansion plans for existing accounts by defining additional use cases and value opportunities as a technical expert. • Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, handle technical objections with credibility, and act as the voice of the customer internally, channeling product feedback, feature requests, and technical gaps to your teammates. • Develop technical narratives and demo environments that connect revenue conversations to real-world outcomes, tailored to the regulatory and business contexts of Quebec and European markets, keeping pace with evolving product capabilities and roadmap. • Travel to meet business requirements, including in-person meetings, conferences, and trade shows across Quebec and European markets, with willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

• Build, test, and deploy automations and AI-powered tools that optimize workflows and accelerate marketing operations and automate go-to-market execution. • Integrate APIs and design MCP servers to ensure seamless interoperability across internal systems. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and security teams to design and automate the generation of branded documents and marketing assets, ensuring consistency across all go-to-market materials. • Continuously research, experiment, and apply the latest GenAI technologies to Qohash’s AI automation roadmap. • Rapidly prototype and iterate on intelligent workflows, delivering in days or weeks instead of months. • Contribute directly to the Qohash Deal Desk, embedding AI capabilities into sales enablement and execution. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions, promoting an AI-first engineering culture.

• Analyze, design, and implement features. • Develop Microservice Oriented Architecture & build reusable components. • Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code, using AI coding tools to accelerate implementation while maintaining code quality standards and performing unit and integration tests. • Analyze performance and reliability to ensure that data is moving fast and accurately. • Perform identification of code metrics and necessary analysis (code, requirements, system risk, and software reliability). • Correct anomalies and problems as they arise. • Test the implemented features to make sure all acceptance criteria are met • Review code and provide guidance to other engineers to ensure that software is developed with maintainability, performance and security in mind. • Participate in projects from the initial idea to launch. • Advise the product owner on technological choices and decisions concerning developments. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development velocity, including AI-assisted testing, automated deployment pipelines, and LLM-augmented code review practices. • Review the security/reliability implications of software design decisions. • Collaborate with the security team to integrate security best practices into software development processes. • Communicate risks associated to any activity, technology or processes as you identify them. • Participate in incident response activities and work with the infrastructure and security teams to investigate and remediate incidents.

• Develop and articulate a refreshed positioning and core messaging framework. • Build vertical narratives for FSI, Public Sector, Telecom, Healthcare, and High-tech/Manufacturing, each with proof points and reference customers • Own and maintain a single source of truth for current product positioning, updated frequently following any roadmap or scope change • Own outbound customer communication via monthly product updates emails, webinars, podcasts etc. • Work with product management on release positioning and outbound communication. • Develop and maintain battle cards for the top competitors in the data security, DLP, and DSPM space, with adoption tracked across 100% of competitive deals • Keep competitive materials current as the market and Qohash’s product evolve • Ship a full launch kit for every major product release: updated positioning, value props, demo script, FAQ, objection handling, battle card delta, and AE talk track • Deliver event-specific messaging kits and executive briefing assets. • Build AE-facing account briefs for top named accounts covering buyer maps, tech stack signals, and known pain • Run quarterly enablement sessions on positioning, objection handling, and the competitive landscape • Build a structured field intelligence interview program with founders, sales, and Customer success teams to capture objections, winning positioning, competitive moves, and translate into a core messaging framework • Produce anchor assets targeting ICP pain points: AI governance for unstructured data, DLP modernization, and audit/compliance for regulated industries • Develop named enterprise case studies featuring the operating metrics that enterprise buyers care about • Create, maintain, and update a library of collaterals and AI skills, embedding automation wherever possible to ensure consistency, speed, and rigor in how the company communicates

• Build and maintain a named-account event engine that produces an ICP-qualified pipeline in collaboration with the Marketing Manager. • Design and execute a demand engine beyond events, including an ABM strategy that targets and converts priority accounts across the full buying committee. • Own demand capture on Qohash’s owned channels: website conversion optimization, SEO strategy, and visibility in AI-powered search experiences. • Build and manage a multi-channel paid acquisition strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, using AI-powered tools to improve targeting, personalization, spend efficiency, and optimize pipeline quality and CAC. • Operate as a metrics-first function from day one: build and maintain a live performance dashboard tracking MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline, win rate, CAC, and pipeline-to-spend ratio. • Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, surface insights, and continuously optimize campaign performance. • Partner tightly with Sales to align on ICP, pipeline coverage targets, and feedback loops that continuously sharpen targeting and messaging across multiple regions (North America, Europe, and MENA). • Provide clear, data-backed visibility into marketing’s contribution to revenue.

• You’ll support the execution and continuous improvement of Qohash’s security program, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory alignment. • You’ll be part of the Operations team, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product and Customer Success teams to help implement and maintain security and compliance requirements. • You’ll support risk assessments, track identified risks, and help coordinate remediation efforts. • You’ll support and coordinate security audits and compliance efforts, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, ITSG-33, and third-party risk assessments. • You’ll help document and improve security and compliance procedures to support organizational preparedness and resilience. • You’ll maintain security policies, standards, awareness materials, and support internal security training initiatives. • You’ll leverage AI wherever possible to accelerate delivery and standardize processes. • You’ll work remotely full-time, within the province of Quebec or Ontario, with a small number of team get-togethers in either Montreal or Quebec City.
