• As Head of Engineering (all genders), you will, together with another Head of Engineering, lead approximately 10 Value Stream teams. • You will work closely together, each responsible for your own clusters of teams, and challenge each other to continuously evolve Engineering as a whole. • Your focus will be on enabling Engineering Managers to establish clear structures and ensure sustainable performance. • You will translate company objectives into clear priorities and ensure measurable business impact. • You will define and drive the engineering strategy together with Senior Leadership. • You will lead and develop Engineering Managers. • You will build scalable leadership structures and develop future leaders.

• Oversee progress, daily-activity status, and overall main project activities on a daily basis • Work with engineering teams, UI/UX, and QA to meet all project deliverables and milestone dates • Build, mentor, and scale engineering teams through structured coaching and career development frameworks • Analyze requirements and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure product changes are delivered • Adapt new tools from our organization • Oversee product deployment activities, project logistics and resource allocation • Aim to improve the efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs • Lead the team through the Agile SCRUM process • Improve production excellence through incident reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement loops • Champion secure SDLC practices, including threat modeling and secure design reviews • Partner with security teams on vulnerability management and remediation strategy • Be on-call rotation for any product/platform emergencies • Provide regular/meaningful updates to leadership on team/sprint progress

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers working in .NET, C#, SQL, and enterprise processing systems • Review architecture and design decisions to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready • Partner closely with senior engineers and tech leads to resolve complex production issues • Lead efforts to modernize legacy components while maintaining platform stability • Manage and mentor a distributed team of developers and QA analysts • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement • Coach team members on problem solving, system design, and professional development • Ensure team members are cross-trained and capable of supporting multiple applications • Oversee delivery from requirements through development, QA, and deployment • Ensure work is properly scoped, estimated, and tracked • Improve development and QA processes to reduce production incidents and rework • Maintain strong coordination between development, QA, and operations teams • Help ensure the stability and reliability of a high-volume document and data processing platform • Lead production incident response and root-cause analysis • Drive preventative improvements to reduce operational risk • Coordinate closely with offshore engineering teams to support a sun-up / sun-down development cycle • Ensure clear communication, handoffs, and documentation between teams • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to offshore engineers
