Role Description Taylor Corporation is looking for a Business Systems Analyst IV! - Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. - Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. • Serve as a key resource in the design, development, and ongoing support of technical integrations and extensions to Oracle ERP and ancillary systems • Actively participate in system design sessions which include user interviews, requirements documentation, and data collection • Collaborate with technical solution partner owners and SMEs on system integration needs to present solutions to stakeholders • Develop and present scalable prototypes, proof of concepts, and technical designs for current and new Oracle integrations and extensions • Perform technical unit testing and coordinate with BAs and Workstream SMEs on functional testing • Troubleshoot complex integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate to Oracle Support as needed for timely resolution • Manage conflicting priorities, including post-production support
• Serve as a member of the technical support team supporting Oracle and ancillary systems • Identify and resolve technical problems related to integrations between Oracle and other systems • Respond to inquiries, provide guidance, and assist users in resolving their issues • Document issues, track progress, and escalate complex problems to higher levels of support • Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base of troubleshooting steps • Perform technical testing and coordinate with BAs and Workstream SMEs on functional testing • Manage conflicting priorities, including post-production support

Inspire Developer – Process Automation, Designer Focused

• Design, develop, and maintain automated customer communication workflows using Quadient Inspire Designer, Process Automation, and Content Management • Implement data integration and transformation processes to prepare data for personalized communications using Process Automation (Java, Groovy) and Designer • Utilize data mapping and transformation tools to cleanse, enrich, and validate data • Develop and maintain Java-based components for extending Process Automation’s functionality • Strong working knowledge with Inspire Designer’s Inspire Native module and the transformation of precomposed documents • Standardize and follow quality assurance and testing procedures for Inspire workflows • Identify defects, develop fixes, and support post-implementation issue resolution • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions when needed • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Process Automation, Designer, and Content Management workflows and data processing • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions • Document technical designs, implementations, workflow steps and cross training of team members • Stay up to date with the latest Quadient Inspire features and best practices • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer communication processes • Collaborate with team members and provide guidance or knowledge sharing on complex workflow solutions as needed
• Manage the configuration of the Oracle ERP applications • Analyze and troubleshoot the ERP functional issues • Partner with support team and SME’s to validate functionality • Work with SME’s within the business to analyze current operational procedures • Facilitate the gathering, analysis, prioritization, and complexity categorization of business requirements • Document and model ‘as is’ and ‘future state’ business processes • Analyze and optimize requirements to match guiding principles of future state • Act as a liaison between business end users and IT development teams • Responsible for collaborating with the business to create detailed use cases, process flows, prototyping, test cases and test scenarios
