• Start: Immediately • Partner closely with another Head of Engineering to jointly lead around 10 value stream teams. • Enable Engineering Managers, set clear direction, and create necessary structures for sustainable high performance. • Actively shape how the organization builds: from technical foundations to organizational design. • Build an engineering organization that continuously improves how it delivers — data-driven, scalable, and future-oriented. • Translate company goals into clear priorities and ensure measurable business impact. • Co-define and drive the engineering strategy together with senior leadership. • Lead, coach, and develop Engineering Managers. • Ensure reliable and predictable delivery across multiple teams. • Use data and KPIs to steer performance and drive continuous improvement.

• As Head of Engineering (all genders), you will, together with another Head of Engineering, lead approximately 10 Value Stream teams. • You will work closely together, each responsible for your own clusters of teams, and challenge each other to continuously evolve Engineering as a whole. • Your focus will be on enabling Engineering Managers to establish clear structures and ensure sustainable performance. • You will translate company objectives into clear priorities and ensure measurable business impact. • You will define and drive the engineering strategy together with Senior Leadership. • You will lead and develop Engineering Managers. • You will build scalable leadership structures and develop future leaders.
