Founded in 1986, OnTrac has evolved into the leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses, including five of the largest retailers in the U.S.  Location: REMOTE Pay: $136,162 to $173,606 / year depending on experience and qualifications Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (Hours subject to change depending on business needs) Employment Logistics: The Sr. Reliability & Maintenance Engineering Manager leads maintenance of facilities and equipment directly supervising and coordinating the activities of maintenance managers, technicians, and maintenance leads. This role drives safe, consistent execution across regions by assigning work, coordinating projects with internal teams and vendors, enforcing CMMS standards for KPI visibility, and ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance activities support reliable operations. Time Away & Leave • Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, Floating Holidays, and Parental Leave • Paid Holidays Work & Life Support • Employee Assistance Program • Safe and clean work environment The Must-Haves: • High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred. • At least 8 years of relevant experience in reliability and maintenance engineering for facilities, conveyor systems, automated material handling, or sortation equipment and experience leading maintenance teams. • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. • Ability to travel up to 75% Your Mission in Motion: • Lead with safety first: Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures in the company safety program. • Direct regional maintenance execution: Determine division of tasks by region and building, and coordinate work across maintenance managers, leads, and technicians. • Coordinate projects and vendors: Partner with maintenance teams and vendors to execute regional and local projects, machinery installations, and maintenance work through established contracts. • Drive CMMS discipline and KPI performance: Establish KPI analytics through effective CMMS usage, enforce accurate team inputs, and use data to improve reliability and execution. • Plan and prioritize work effectively: Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments based on work priority, equipment quantity, and personnel skill; respond quickly to facility issues impacting production. • Sustain preventive maintenance and asset readiness: Ensure facilities and equipment operate safely and reliably through the preventive maintenance program, including maintaining and purchasing adequate spare parts, materials, and equipment. • Ensure documentation and compliance: Obtain and maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date documentation for machine and facility service, maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
