Engineering Operations Analyst
Nearsure
• Support budget management, contract coordination, and financial processes. • Partner closely with Engineering Operations, Finance, Legal, and Procurement. • Ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively. • Create, monitor, and manage Purchase Orders for new and existing contracts via Coupa. • Oversee and maintain records for Engineering budget owners. • Facilitate internal contract processes, ensuring legal review and routing for signatures via DocuSign. • Review invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve billing questions. • Document and communicate organizational processes using Jira and Airtable, including budgets, contracts, and purchasing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ Years of experience working in relevant roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage all levels of an organization.
- Experience in budget management, with a track record of building strong partnerships with Finance and Legal.
- Highly organized profile, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and drive programs to completion.
- Collaborative team player who can operate independently while supporting and enabling others.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building effective relationships.
