Role Overview The Junior Recruiter is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the hiring process for entry-level positions and provides administrative support to the broader HR team. This role focuses on candidate screening, interview coordination, and the administrative tasks required to transition a candidate from "applicant" to "new hire." Key Responsibilities 1. Full-Cycle Recruiting - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and high-volume roles. - Review incoming applications and filter candidates based on established role requirements. - Conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications and cultural alignment. - Present qualified shortlists to the Talent Manager and relevant Hiring Managers. 2. Recruitment Operations & Coordination - Interview Scheduling: Coordinate all interview logistics between candidates and the hiring team across multiple time zones. - ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System. Ensure all candidates receive timely status updates and rejections to maintain a professional employer brand. - Job Postings: Manage the posting and removal of job advertisements across various career sites and internal boards. - Verification: Complete professional reference checks and background screening for finalists. 3. Onboarding Support - Facilitate the transition from offer acceptance to the first day of employment. - Coordinate the setup of internal systems, technology access, and Day 1 meeting links. - Act as a point of contact for new hires regarding pre-boarding documentation and logistics. Qualifications & Requirements - Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a recruiting or HR coordination role. - Communication: Near-native English proficiency with the ability to communicate professionally via email and phone. - Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple interview schedules and candidate files simultaneously. - Technical Aptitude: Experience working within an ATS and standard office productivity tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365). - Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive candidate information and internal salary data with strict confidentiality. Profile for Success - You are process-driven and find satisfaction in keeping data organized and up to date. - You are comfortable with high-volume tasks and can pivot quickly when hiring priorities shift. - You have a high standard for quality and do not "settle" when evaluating talent for the team.
