Long Description Your Role We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Aero Structures Analysis team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between design and Analysis utilizing the Analysis applications to validate the aero structure parts. Role Requirements: This specific role within the Airframe / Structures Analysis team, Stress analysis of metallic aircraft structures using hand calculations using Analysis applications. Your Profile - Stress analysis of metallic aircraft structures using hand calculations, ISAMI, GFEM and DFEMs. - Knowledge of static and fatigue design values (Ftu, Fty, Fcy, AFI parameters, S-N curve parameters, fracture toughness etc.,). - Calculation of Seq stresses (fatigue and crack propagation), understanding of mission profiles, stress files, FESPS databases. - Calculation of Fatigue life using the AFI method. - Calculation of Stress concentration (Kt) values using Petersons' or DFEM or ISAMI modules. - Knowledge of ISAMI modules (Fatigue Spectrum Analysis (1D & 2D), Lug analysis) - knowledge of structural design principles, aircraft loads and Airbus fatigue manuals. Climate Finance Policy Associate

• Play a dual role: Project coordination and quality support, ensuring effective delivery against milestones, engagement with consultants and partners, and high-quality outputs. • Provide analytical and technical support on climate and nature finance topics relevant to the program. • Prepare policy-relevant briefings, presentations, and analytical notes to inform program implementation, internal decision-making, and engagement with government counterparts and other partners. • Support the design, coordination, and delivery of South–South learning and peer exchange activities, including convenings in Latin America and Africa. • Contribute to knowledge products and internal learning resources to strengthen organizational capacity on climate and nature finance.
• Close collaboration with the CFO in the strategic management of group-wide financial processes • Active participation in shaping central finance structures • Responsibility for management reporting at group level • Further development of reporting structures and systems (including LucaNet) • Management of budgeting, forecasting and liquidity planning • Execution of in-depth variance analyses (plan vs. actual, forecast vs. actual) • Derivation of concrete action recommendations for management • Further development of a KPI-based performance management system
