• Create, own, and maintain the technical product roadmap for your area • Develop an in-depth understanding of the platform architecture and how it interacts with product use cases • Translate product-line needs and stakeholder input into clear technical requirements • Maintain alignment between Architecture/Engineering teams and Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other non-R&D functions • Work with Support to triage and prioritize operational issues impacting customers • Drive Product/Architecture interface process improvement • Monitor platform adoption, usage, performance, and reliability metrics
• Partner with Lead to Cash stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of end-to-end process performance, measuring ease of use, total cost of operation, control effectiveness, cycle-time, and quality across the full Lead to Cash infrastructure • Maintain a comprehensive application inventory and architecture model that provides enterprise-wide visibility into the full portfolio, its integrations, and total cost of ownership across 300+ tools and ~$35M in annual spend • Define target-state architecture and own an iterative execution roadmap, prioritizing investments that deliver the greatest improvement in process performance and software cost reduction • Establish and operate an application governance model that keeps stakeholders informed, captures development needs, and enforces a formal intake and approval process for all major projects and new application requests • Partner with Finance and Procurement on all aspects of software spend -- negotiating favorable contract terms, consolidating vendor agreements, and ensuring accurate cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting • Own the major supplier relationships and lead contract rationalization efforts that drive cost optimization and improved terms across the portfolio • Lead consolidation and standardization programs from initiation through delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners with disciplined change management and clear executive communication • Define application ownership and establish lifecycle standards -- from intake through retirement -- ensuring every application in the portfolio has a named business owner, current lifecycle status, and defined support model • Identify high-impact agentic AI and automation use cases across the Lead to Cash landscape and lead implementation programs that deliver measurable improvements in process efficiency and business outcomes
• Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows. • Configure and maintain Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, and Knowledge to support SLA compliance. • Build and maintain Experience Cloud sites, managing community user experiences, page layouts, and sharing rules for external/partner/customer users. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions. • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and third-party integrations. • Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and transformation using tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL platforms (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft). • Partner with support/customer service leadership and product team to translate business requirements into scalable Service Cloud and community solutions. • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivering user stories on time.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads, web inquiries, and customer requests to ensure timely follow-up. • Qualify prospects to determine fit based on predefined criteria, capturing relevant details, and enriching CRM records. • Route qualified leads and customer inquiries to the appropriate sales or support team members for next steps. • Serve as a trusted resource to prospects by answering initial questions, positioning Momentive’s value, and building interest in the right solution. • Conduct outbound calls and targeted email follow-ups to re-engage warm leads and accelerate them through the funnel. • Capture, maintain, and expand accurate records in Salesforce CRM by logging activities, updating prospect data, and tracking engagement. • Stay current on Momentive’s products, services, and messaging to effectively answer questions and position our solutions. • Support the sales process by preparing leads for smooth handoffs and assisting with early-stage sales cycle tasks. • Analyze and synthesize lead and prospect data from multiple sources to provide insights and recommendations to marketing and sales leadership. • Develop a working knowledge of the end-to-end marketing and sales process to help identify opportunities for continual improvement.

• Own, evolve, and scale the enterprise data architecture supporting all product verticals. • Establish standards, best practices, and repeatable patterns for data ingestion, transformation, and consumption. • Align data strategy directly with internal product roadmaps, engineering timelines, and advanced client analytics needs. • Define data migration scopes, constraints, historical requirements, and success criteria. • Oversee extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into test, UAT, and production environments. • Assess source data usability; cleanse, normalize, and de-duplicate data sets to make them analytics-ready. • Advise clients on data collection methodologies and practical data governance/stewardship operating frameworks.
• Formulate a bold, opinionated vision for where fund accounting and financial management are heading for mission-driven organizations, and translate it into a multi-year product strategy aligned to Momentive’s platform vision (including MomentiveIQ and AI-powered capabilities) that creates clear, measurable value for both customers and the business. • Distinguish category-defining bets from incremental improvements, with the conviction to reimagine what the product can be, not just optimize what it already does. • Own product family roadmap creation, dependency tracking, and delivery status. • Support Product Managers and Product Owners in building initiatives and epics — keeping teams aligned, hitting milestones, and using AI-powered analytics to track whether delivery translates into adoption, retention, and revenue. • Partner with business leadership to connect roadmaps to company objectives. • Develop compelling business cases for strategic investment — including market research, competitive positioning, pricing, and ROI — and present strategies and performance updates to executive leadership with clarity and conviction. • Use AI tools as core tools in your daily work — not as novelties, but as force multipliers for research, analysis, communication, and decision-making: Compress discovery and validation cycles by using AI to synthesize feedback, analyze competitive landscapes, and generate first-draft artifacts (strategy docs, PRDs) you refine with product judgment — arriving at planning discussions with working analyses and a clear point of view, not just slide decks. • Use AI for rapid prototyping: build working prototypes to put in front of clients and validate direction early and often. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team — including Product Managers and Product Owners — with hands-on coaching, performance feedback, and career development. • Own succession planning. Build a bench. • Engage with Engineering, Architecture, and R&D to define technical implementation strategies that balance innovation ambitions with time-to-market realities. • Partner closely with Product Marketing and Org Readiness to drive the full product lifecycle: market analysis, positioning, messaging, pricing, and go-to-market execution across multiple product lines. • Champion best practices across the product team — driving portfolio governance, tooling standards, and AI-assisted workflows that accelerate delivery and raise quality.
• Gathers and validates business-goals from partners in Finance and HR, synthesizing them into a comprehensive analysis that gives GTM teams timely status on goals and compensation. • Provides leadership and mentorship to analysts and may carry direct people-management responsibility, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. • Translates pipeline and revenue data into a clear story for execs and frontline GTM teams, surfacing decision-enabling insights, not just processed data. • Supports all elements of Momentive Software Sales Incentive Plans ("SIP") -- sales compensation planning, administration, field support, & monthly processing of incentive payments. • Completes the monthly commissions accruals for the finance team, including forecast expected costs vs budget reporting. • Builds dashboards and delivers timely reporting, metrics, and analysis for sales compensation, marketing, sales, and customer success leadership. • Analyzes the revenue pipeline to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, partnering with marketing, sales, and customer success to guide decisions and increase revenue. • Builds forecasting and conversion-rate analytics across the funnel to flag risk early and inform GTM planning. • Other duties as assigned by the manager.
