AI Trainer – Copilot for Finance
Helprise
YOU WILL - Deliver remote and onsite training sessions on Copilot for Finance - Conduct workshops for Finance, FP&A, Controlling, and Accounting teams - Present AI use cases in Finance (forecasting, variance analysis, reporting automation) - Prepare training materials, exercises, and demo scenarios - Support clients in adopting AI tools within Microsoft 365 ecosystem - Run interactive workshops and Q&A sessions - Tailor training content to different seniority levels (analysts to leadership) - Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams on client side - Provide post-training recommendations and best practices
Job Requirements
- YOU NEED
- Proven experience delivering training, workshops, or enablement sessions
- Experience in Finance (FP&A / Controlling / Accounting / Finance Business Partner)
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial data
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a business-friendly way
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Willingness to travel for onsite training sessions
- English min. B2/C1
- Nice to have
- Experience with Copilot for Finance or Microsoft Copilot
- Knowledge of Power BI / Power Query / Power Platform
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience in Finance transformation or automation projects
- Microsoft / AI / Finance certifications
- Experience training corporate clients
