Program Financial Analyst Job Description We are seeking an experienced Program Financial Analyst to provide comprehensive cost and schedule analysis for complex government programs, including space and missile systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple program teams to develop and maintain financial systems, support programmatic and financial reporting, and interface with finance functions to meet both program and corporate financial requirements. Responsibilities - Provide bottoms-up cost and schedule analysis for program activities such as acquisition or program planning, cost analysis, and financial management. - Interface with multiple program teams to create and maintain project-based financial systems, including Estimates at Completion, Forward Planning projections, and Profitability Analysis. - Support both customer and internal programmatic and financial reporting. - Interface with finance functions, including Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable, to support financial requirements. Essential Skills - Experience with Deltek Costpoint. - Proficiency in T&M and Cost Reimbursable processes. - High proficiency in Excel, including SUM IFs, Pivot Tables, and V Lookups. - Understanding of annual operating plans. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of recent related experience in cost estimating, cost modeling, cost analysis, program analysis, and program management. - Experience applying scheduling and related cost, schedule, and technical analysis. Additional Skills & Qualifications - DoD Security Clearance or ability to obtain one (not required). - Experience with analysis and estimation of space technologies is a plus. - Experience with Deltek Costpoint and related applications (COGNOS, DELTEK BI, Costpoint planning and procurement modules) preferred. - Strong tenacity for data collection in the cost estimation process. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belcamp, MD. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52.88 - $55.28/hr.
