• Lead and grow a team of data engineers responsible for SentiLink’s data platform and infrastructure • Define and drive the technical vision for data ingestion, processing, storage, and serving systems • Design and evolve scalable data pipelines (batch and real-time) to support product and data science use cases • Ensure high standards for data quality, reliability, and observability across all data systems • Partner with Data Science to enable their pipelines and enable efficient access to high-quality data • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to power data-driven features and decisioning systems • Work closely with Infrastructure to optimize performance, cost, and scalability of data systems • Establish best practices for data governance, schema management, and pipeline reliability • Support operational excellence, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response for data systems • Hire, mentor, and develop engineers while maintaining a high hiring bar • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement • Contribute to architecture and technical problem-solving as needed

• Lead and grow a team of backend, full-stack, and AI/ML engineers building real-time systems for active mining operations • Recruit aggressively — bring your network, identify top talent, and build a team that raises the collective bar • Define and uphold engineering standards: code quality, testing, CI/CD, system design, security • Partner with our CEO on engineering organization design, roadmap prioritization, and long-term technical strategy • Own the team's delivery end-to-end — from sprint planning to production deploys that run at real mines • Work directly with users, operators, and the product team to translate real-world industrial challenges into high-impact engineering work • Foster a culture of ownership, craft, and collaboration on a remote team where trust is the foundation

• Lead and develop a cross-functional engineering team across software, platform, and integration disciplines • Own planning, prioritization, and delivery of engineering initiatives across applications and enterprise systems • Oversee the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and well-tested systems • Establish and enforce engineering standards, including CI/CD, DevOps practices, and secure development

• Recruit, hire, train, and support top engineering talent to build a world-class team • Transform cross-functional visions into detailed project plans, ensuring clarity across teams on commitments, risks, and timelines • Define and own the technical strategy enabling Deepgram’s core APIs to remain best-in-class for scalability and reliability • Promote a robust team engineering culture, including a focus on rigorous engineering standards as well as continuous improvement on team practices and processes • Partner with Product and Research to design and implement new services, features, and/or products end to end • Coach and mentor engineers to achieve high personal growth while delivering on ambitious team goals
