• Drive revenue growth across assigned law firms and zero-based firms (ZBFs) • Prospect, penetrate, and expand key accounts • Run full-cycle sales from outreach to discovery, proposal, close, and renewal • Lead consultative conversations that uncover client challenges and align tailored deposition solutions • Forecast accurately and manage pipeline using Salesforce and NetSuite • Lead QBRs and strategic business reviews for enterprise accounts • Develop recovery plans for underperforming accounts • Represent Esquire at industry events and networking engagements

• Review and proofread legal transcripts for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and formatting according to Esquire’s style guides • Verify transcript content against audio to ensure a verbatim and error-free record • Prepare final transcripts by applying digital signatures and submitting for production • Maintain proper archival of files and complete all required reporting and logs • Prioritize and organize workload effectively to meet deadlines and accommodate changes • Support service partner programs by providing timely communication and quality assurance • Promote and model Esquire’s values in daily work and team collaboration

• Monitor deposition progress from assignment through delivery and identify potential delays early • Coordinate job assignments across digital reporting and transcription teams while balancing workload • Serve as a primary point of contact for job-related questions, clarifications, and updates • Review reporter compliance with DepoDirect procedures, documentation, and order verification standards • Proof completed transcripts for accuracy, formatting, and compliance with DepoDirect standards • Provide constructive feedback to improve transcript quality and team performance • Communicate professionally with reporters, transcriptionists, clients, and internal stakeholders • Identify workflow gaps and recommend practical process improvements to the Production Manager • Maintain positive working relationships while upholding quality, accuracy, and delivery expectations • Document workflow updates, process changes, recurring issues, progress, blockers, and escalations • Escalate production risks or issues and support timely resolution with cross-functional teams

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered APIs for high-volume transcript ingestion, analysis, and structured output delivery • Develop transcript intelligence systems using deterministic processing, LLM-based analysis, and audio review • Build and optimize RAG pipelines, including document parsing, embeddings, vector storage, and retrieval strategies • Develop attorney-facing AI features for deposition preparation, real-time assistance, and post-deposition workflows • Contribute to platform consolidation, service integration, and internal workflow automation • Design, implement, and operate distributed systems using synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns • Debug and maintain services across Rails APIs, TypeScript services, and Google Cloud infrastructure • Collaborate with engineering leadership to define architecture, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver scalable solutions • Write, test, and deploy production code across the full software development lifecycle • Maintain observability across services, including logging, tracing, and error monitoring • Document technical decisions, track work clearly, and communicate progress and blockers effectively
