National Partner Manager
Kaseya
• Develop and execute a national partner strategy aligned with Kaseya’s overall go-to-market objectives, with a primary focus on the TOLA region • Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new VARs, MSPs, and strategic channel partners • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners through QBRs, joint business planning and co-selling initiatives • Drive a strong pipeline of partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities; accurately forecast channel revenue • Lead partner enablement programs including training, certifications, and joint marketing campaigns • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to deliver a seamless and scalable partner experience • Track partner performance, manage deal registrations and proactively resolve channel conflict and escalations • Monitor KPIs and leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize partner productivity and ROI • Act as a national advocate for the partner ecosystem, sharing field insights to inform strategy and program development
Job Requirements
- Proven success in channel sales, partner management, or business development, ideally within SaaS, IT, or B2B technology
- Understanding of the VAR/MSP/channel distribution ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to drive partner revenue and exceed sales targets in a multi-region or national capacity
- Strong executive presence with exceptional relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with partner portals, deal registration workflows and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- High level of autonomy with the ability to operate effectively in a remote, travel-heavy role (75%+)
- Willingness to travel nationwide and attend periodic onsite meetings at Kaseya’s Miami headquarters
