Manager, Influencer Partnerships

• Support the successful execution of all campaigns (ensure campaigns are on schedule, on budget, and meet/exceed client expectations) • Manage influencer discovery, selection, vetting, contract drafting/negotiation, final payouts. • Create detailed schedules with deadlines and deliverables for all phases of production, as well as creative briefs and other influencer-related documentation. • Work directly with influencers on the production of their content and facilitate timely client approvals • Monitor and report on campaign progress and performance throughout the flight, and develop post-campaign reports (wrap reports with insights/analysis, case studies). • Stay up-to-date on digital trends and the dynamic influencer landscape to make well-informed decisions about influencer selects and creative concepts
Job Requirements
- Advanced English Level (C1+/C2) is required for this role.
- 2+ years working in influencer or partnerships marketing within entertainment, retail/consumer brands, and/or gaming.
- Demonstrated knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms.
- Creative and adept at brainstorming unique activations across every brand category, both niche and broad.
- Expert at researching and recommending diverse, but equally relevant, influencers for a campaign.
- Ability to draft contracts and negotiate fees and other contract terms with talent/talent managers.
- Reliable and self-sufficient with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Role Description 360 Finance is seeking a driven and adaptable Senior Account Manager to fuel success and growth for our customers within our rapidly expanding point-of-sale financing product. Preference given to applicants living in the Northeast or Midwest United States and/or Eastern time zone. This role goes beyond traditional account management. You’ll be responsible for strategically upselling, consulting, and nurturing partnerships with decision-makers at home services companies generating $5M–$400M in annual revenue. Your primary focus will be helping contractors successfully implement and adopt 360 Finance solutions to increase close rates and drive revenue. As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 60+ active customers and branch locations, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams—including lender operations, sales, product, and engineering—to ensure high standards of service, smooth onboarding, and measurable performance outcomes. You will also support new customer accounts as they are signed by the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition into long-term success. Responsibilities - Own revenue performance across assigned accounts and branches, driving increased financing adoption, close rates, and overall revenue growth through proactive branch-level engagement and performance management. - Understand clients' objectives, approaches, results, and challenges to create strategic account plans that drive satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. - Engage directly with decision-makers—from office managers to C-level executives and owner-operators—to present financing solutions that drive adoption and long-term value. - Work cross-functionally with account management leadership, lender ops, sales, product, and engineering to ensure high standards of service across the organization. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of 360 Finance’s platform, operational processes, and best practices to provide value to account base. - Monitor account health, identify risk factors, and proactively drive product satisfaction and usage. - Analyze data and client feedback to identify risk factors and optimize performance. - Prepare and deliver ongoing account performance reports. - Uphold our core values and collaborate positively across departments.
