Job Requirements
- Título universitario. Es un plus que sea en áreas relacionadas con ciencias de la salud, biología, farmacia, medicina o afines.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas en el sector farmacéutico, preferentemente en áreas terapéuticas de alta especialidad como neurología, psiquiatría, enfermedades neurodegenerativas u oncología
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación, negociación y presentación a profesionales de la salud.
- Capacidad para gestionar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo y trabajar bajo metas de ventas.
- Pensamiento estratégico y capacidad para identificar oportunidades de negocio en un mercado competitivo.
- Dominio del idioma local y un 50% mínimo de inglés.

About the Role: The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on selling into the Enterprise space on the Manufacturing Team. You will be responsible for net-new logo and client sales for our Manufacturing East Enterprise business segment (2,500 – 14,999 ee’s). Core Responsibilities: Drive Enterprise-Level Growth • Drive significant revenue generation and account expansion initiatives, focusing on million-dollar+ contracts and long-term partnerships across UKG, customers, and partners. • Continuously bring ideas to the table and communicate them to leadership. • Position all offerings in accounts to drive maximum revenue. • Forecasting and key tasks updated daily. Strategic Client Relationship Management • Foster and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers in all accounts, leveraging your enterprise selling experience to act as a trusted advisor. • Conduct onsite executive business reviews in all assigned accounts, coordinated by the Enterprise Account Executive, bringing key stakeholders from UKG to the table. • Coordinate all account communication, both internally and externally. About You: Basic Qualifications: • 5-7+ years of proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C-level executives. HRMS/Global Payroll experience is a strong plus. • Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota. • 5+ years of experience selling complex deals over $1M in ARR managing sales cycle over 12+ months. Overview We are looking for experienced Business Account Executives (BAEs) with specialty sales experience to promote AMVUTTRA™. hATTR patients often spend years undiagnosed and misdiagnosed. This is an amazing opportunity to educate and enhance the market’s knowledge of hATTR amyloidosis. In addition, this important role will be a collaborative partner to the local strategic team that supports the account. The BAE (TTR BAE) will be principally responsible for identifying and/or targeting healthcare providers and accounts managing and treating patients with TTR amyloidosis to develop plans to increase brand awareness and product adoption within their assigned territory. The BAE will be responsible for achieving territory targets and other business objectives through account and customer strategies, while also partnering & collaborating very closely with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage all aspects of the regional business.
