Intro Video: https://app.fireflies.ai/soundbites/008qOvNBExo The Role We are hiring a Program Manager, not a task manager, not a coordinator. This role is for someone who: - Owns client outcomes end-to-end - Thinks like a consultant + operator - Is comfortable getting hands-on with AI tools and prototypes - Can translate ambiguity into execution You will lead AI engagements across multiple clients, driving strategy, execution, and delivery while working closely with engineers, designers, and leadership. What We Offer This role is designed for high performers and is supported by a comprehensive compensation and benefits package: - Competitive Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience and impact. - AI Token Budget: A dedicated budget for experimenting with and utilizing cutting-edge AI tools and platforms (LLMs, APIs, etc.) in your day-to-day work. - Remote Work: Full flexibility to work remotely. - Advancement Opportunities: Direct path for growth and increasing responsibility as the company scales. - Flexible Vacation Schedule: Generous and flexible time-off policy to ensure balance and prevent burnout. Program & Delivery Leadership - Lead multiple projects/accounts simultaneously - Operate within structured delivery frameworks (Agile or similar), ensuring clarity in scope, prioritization, and execution - Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp or similar) to manage tasks, track progress, and maintain visibility across projects - Drive weekly progress, unblock teams, and maintain momentum - Proactiveness and ability to get work done without requiring close follow-ups - Contribute to internal process improvements and efficiencies 5. Stakeholder Management - Act as a trusted advisor, not just a point of contact - Run sharp, outcome-driven client conversations - Align leadership teams around priorities and trade-offs 6. Strategic Thinking - Identify high-impact AI use cases across client workflows - Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across engagements - Challenge assumptions (internally and externally) - Surface insights that improve both client outcomes and CoPilot’s playbooks What This Role Is NOT - ❌ Not just running standups and tracking tickets - ❌ Not waiting for instructions or predefined scope - ❌ Not purely coordination between teams - ❌ Not “AI strategy slides” without execution What We’re Looking For Mindset - High ownership: you act like the business depends on you - Structured thinker: can break chaos into clarity - Curious + adaptive: learns new tools and concepts rapidly - Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments - High degree of problem-solving and analytical thinking Experience - 3–5+ years in: - Consulting, product, program management, or startup ops - Experience working with: - Technical teams (engineering, data, AI) - Clients or stakeholders directly - Proven ability to drive outcomes, not just manage tasks AI Fluency (Important) You don’t need to be an ML engineer—but you should: - Be actively using AI tools in your workflow - Understand what AI can/cannot do - Be comfortable experimenting with: - LLMs - Automation tools - Basic prompt engineering/workflows Execution Ability - Can move from idea → prototype → shipped solution quickly - Strong communication (written + verbal) - Can run structured problem-solving with clients - Comfortable working with structured workflows, sprint-based execution, and task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, or similar) If you want to: - Work directly on cutting-edge AI use cases - Own real business outcomes - Operate at the intersection of strategy and execution We’d love to talk.
