Role Description The Member Support Admin is the operational backbone and frontline face of NSTXL’s 900+ member innovator ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of technical customer success, data operations, and marketing support. You will manage the end-to-end of member support, from initial application vetting and technical platform troubleshooting to managing the inbound email queue and supporting engagement communications. The ideal candidate blends an empathetic, "customer-first" communication style with sharp technical aptitude, ensuring our members can seamlessly navigate our systems and access documents. Role Description The Member Experience Administrator will perform as a key contributor to the day-to-day execution of membership operations and member-facing engagement across NSTXL's member base. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the selected Administrator will be responsible for an array of tasks in support of new and existing members throughout the full member lifecycle, including: - Managing the membership inbox - Processing applications - Maintaining member data - Supporting marketing campaigns and communications The Administrator will work closely with various departments, such as Marketing, IT, Finance, and Contracts, to resolve member needs and ensure a consistent and reliable member experience. Contract Specialist II

Role Description The Contract Specialist II will perform as the lead contracts specialist for assigned projects under a portfolio of Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) based projects focused on prototyping emerging technologies for defense applications. Reporting to the Sr. Contracts Manager, the selected Specialist will be responsible for an array of tasks in support of project Performers and our Department of Defense customers throughout all project phases of our prototypes. The Specialist will work closely with various departments, such as program managers, marketing, and finance, to mitigate risks and ensure that all agreement obligations are met.
