• Support the Veterans Health Administration’s RISE Implementation initiative by providing analytical and coordination support. • Help maintain project trackers, dashboards, and execution plans to monitor progress toward Initial and Full Operating Capability. • Support coordination across workstreams, documenting risks, issues, and dependencies. • Assist in the development of implementation artifacts such as checklists, status reports, and performance metrics. • Contribute to post-implementation reviews, lessons learned documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Manage day-to-day execution of assigned workstreams and initiatives • Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and dashboards • Support development and updates to the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP) • Ensure alignment with sprint-based implementation phases (Plan, Assess, Implement, Evaluate) • Coordinate with Executive Steering Team, sponsors, and business leads • Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder engagements • Prepare bi-monthly status reports, including: Progress updates, Risks and issues, Planned activities • Maintain budget trackers and resource utilization reports • Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues • Maintain risk registers and dependency trackers • Recommend mitigation strategies and corrective actions • Coordinate with Workforce Management, Finance, and other support functions • Ensure integration across multiple implementation workstreams

• Own the day-to-day execution and long-term success of Sayari’s largest intelligence contract, ensuring all contractual milestones are achieved on time. • Drive the deployment of Sayari’s new AI-capable solutions and data integrations into core investigative workflows. • Conduct high-intensity training and demonstrations for GS-14/15/SES leadership, focusing on mission outcomes rather than just technical features. • Navigate complex political environments to build deep credibility with mission owners and identify expansion (Upsell/Cross-sell) opportunities. • Document "ground truth" mission successes and requirements to provide Sayari Product and Engineering teams with actionable insights.

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing internal communications and patient facing communication initiatives across City of Hope Phoenix and their multiple clinics. • Works closely with hospital leadership, human resources, clinical teams and national communication partners to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely communication across all channels that support employees, clinicians, patients, and caregivers. • Maintains and updates hospital-specific communication channels. • Develops integrated communication plans to ensure timely and strategic communication is provided to employees. • Serves on internal committees and initiatives, building relationships with hospital executives, clinicians, corporate and hospital leaders. • Supports the patient engagement strategy to ensure patients receive timely communication and compassionate care throughout their care experience.
