Asistente de Aplicación de Pagos En CRG Colombia estamos buscando una persona organizada, analítica y con alta atención al detalle, responsable de asegurar que los ingresos de dinero a las cuentas bancarias de la compañía se identifiquen y legalicen correctamente en el sistema. Funciones Identificación de depósitos: Conciliar diariamente los extractos bancarios contra los avisos de pago de los clientes. Registrar en el ERP los pagos, afectando correctamente las facturas correspondientes. Realizar ajustes y contactar a los clientes cuando se reciban pagos de más, pagos cortos o no se tengan los sopores del cliente para hacer la correcta aplicación de los pagos. Mantener el soporte documental de los ingresos para auditorías y cierres mensuales. Requisitos Técnico, Tecnólogo o estudiante de primeros semestres (2do a 5to) de Contaduría Pública, Finanzas o Administración de Empresas o carreras afines. De 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en áreas de Tesorería, Cartera o Contabilidad. Experiencia básica en como SAP (módulo FI), Oracle, Microsoft (Deseable). Nivel Intermedio de Excel Competencias Requeridas: Atención al Detalle: Evita errores de aplicación que generen cobros injustificados a clientes y molestias comerciales. Orientación al Servicio: El auxiliar suele interactuar con vendedores o clientes para aclarar pagos. Honestidad y Ética: Maneja información sensible de ingresos y movimientos bancarios.
