What You’ll Be Doing: The Coordinator, Provider Network will be a dynamic role that will encompass overall support of data operations supporting our NIA line of business in areas including auth processing, client implementations, issue resolution, process improvement, and more. This position reports to the Manager. Duties Will Include: • Use data-driven decision-making skills to effectively prioritize day-to-day operations, project work, and address client requests and escalations • Troubleshoot and work authorizations that suspend in the Facility Verification Queue for rendering provider verification • Maintain contractual service level and/or operational level agreements, as applicable • Cross-domain collaboration for issue troubleshooting, process improvement, and/or client implementation support • Responsible for managing concurrent projects as assigned, • Helping to maintain departmental documentation and identify areas for process improvement • Function as subject matter expert internally and externally for our systems/technology, our operational processes, and our client processing rules Key Competencies: • Lives the values: Communicate with Candor, Start by Listening, Foster Inclusion, and Own the Opportunity • Intermediate skills in the following Microsoft Office based environments: o Excel o Word o PowerPoint o Teams o OneNote o Outlook • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detail oriented with good organizational skills • Ability to work in an agile space and adapt to fluctuating situations • Takes initiative, fosters accountability, and works independently • Ability to time-manage and reprioritize tasks/projects as appropriate Qualifications (Required and Preferred): • BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience • Minimum of one to two years’ experience in healthcare field related to credentialing, provider enrollment, provider data management, provider services, claims or authorization processing, and/or configuration, • General understanding of US health care, Managed Care Organizations, and/or Medicaid • Prior experience with cross-domain collaboration and workstreams To ensure a secure hiring process we have implemented several identity verification steps, including submission of a government issued photo ID.
