NOC Supervisor
Metronet
• Supervise and mentor NOC Technicians to ensure 24/7 network surveillance and rapid incident resolution • Monitor network infrastructure including routers, switches, transport systems, and wireless platforms to ensure uptime and performance. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incident management, escalation, and reporting • Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs through proactive monitoring and performance analysis • Provide regular reports on network health, incident trends, and team performance to senior leadership • Participate in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to improve operational resilience
Job Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a NOC or network operations environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, including IP, transport, and wireless technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Unified Assurance, Splunk, etc.)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
