Position Summary SKF Marine is seeking an Alignment Technician to perform alignment Marine equipment, rotating equipment and perform on-site machining Key Responsibilities Be able to execute mechanical services: - Alignment, Chocking. Mounting - Vibration data collecting Be able to execute or understand basics of mechanical services: - Vibration data analysis - 3D measuring and survey - Onsite machining - Work/project preparation - Be able to produce all standard technical reports - Hour/material registration and tracking - To run their operations according to the SKF Code of Conduct, Environment Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality Policies, and work according to the SKF Quality Management System. If the operation is EHS certified, work according to the SKF EHS Management System. - To follow management instructions and procedures; to report Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) risks and EHS related incidents; to follow quality specifications and requirements and identify quality risks and opportunities for improvement. - To take appropriate actions to maintain and improve the working environment and working practices. - To ensure that ISO 9001, SKF internal quality systems and other applicable standards are followed. Education and Experience - General Expertise of all rotating equipment and production processes - General Expertise of mechanical services - English verbally and written - Reading and interpretation of technical procedures and drawings - 4 plus years in the marine sector - High School Diploma or GED - Technical Education a plus Travel Requirements - Company Truck will be provided. - Extensive travel could be required. Potential travel includes outside of the US - Employees are expected to put in a full day’s work, hours will vary depending on customer requirements. - SKF Service Delivery is a 24/7 – 365 operation and engineers will be required to work overtime including weekends and holidays when required, as well as outside the US. Role Description La DREAL Normandie gère un réseau d'environ 130 stations hydrométriques réparties sur les principaux cours d'eau de la région. Chaque station permet d'enregistrer en continu le niveau et le débit du cours d'eau. Au sein du SELB/B2HPC, vous aurez pour mission principale, au même titre que les autres technicien.nes hydromètres de l'unité, la gestion d'une partie du réseau de stations hydrométriques de l'unité U2HO, soit une quinzaine de stations hydrométriques. Cette mission globale inclut les sous-missions suivantes: - Maintenance des stations : entretien, réparation, évolution du matériel des stations et mise en place éventuelle de nouvelles stations. - Réalisation de jaugeages (mesures de débit sur site), traitement et établissement des courbes de tarage permettant de calculer les débits à partir des hauteurs enregistrées par les stations. - Traitement et bancarisation mensuelle des données de hauteurs enregistrées et transmises par les stations dans la banque de données nationale Hydroportail, critique et validation annuelle des données. Vous aurez également pour missions complémentaires un rôle de référent sur des problématiques transversales à l'unité (à hauteur de 20% du temps agent). Qualifications - Technicien ayant travaillé dans le domaine de l'hydrométrie, de l'hydrologie ou de l'hydraulique. - Connaissances de base en hydraulique et hydrologie. - Goût pour l'analyse et le traitement informatique des données acquises (multiples logiciels métier). - Compétences relatives aux circuits électriques et aux télétransmissions. - Aptitude au travail en équipe et aux activités de terrain en toutes saisons et par tous temps.
