• Perform 24×7 continuous network monitoring of the Metronet PON, DWDM, IP, and Ethernet networks • Operate in a 24x7x365 Network Operations Center, including shift work and weekends • Constant monitoring of Network Management systems for alarms • Report, document, and track all alarm events • Create trouble tickets and manage until resolution • Communicate network event alerts to internal teams
Role Description Reporting to the Manager of Construction, the Construction Manager is the leader of their assigned project(s). The Construction Manager has the ultimate responsibility for the project budget, meeting project timelines, customer expectations, managing the project team, and interfacing with the customer. - Review and fully understand the contracts and requirements of each project. - Create and execute project work plans, schedules, and control budgets as well as identifying and acquiring resources needed for prosecution of the project(s). - Assign individual duties to the project management team and staff. - Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project to ensure on-time and under budget project completion. - Meet with internal and external customers with prepared reports to give progress updates, answer questions, and manage requested changes to project plans. - Manage the decisions on the scope and delivery of the project including serving as a technical expert in interpreting the specification of the project. - Communicate requirements and specifications to the project staff and assist with any questions related to the technology, equipment, and design requirements. - Serve as the project spokesperson when necessary by developing relationships and facilitating communication, updates, and meetings with internal and external customers. - Ensure contract, permit and authorization compliance, as applicable. - Review and approve job cost accounting reports submitted to home office. - Maintain day-to-day communication with the Director of Construction and other management. - Produce quality results in an efficient and cost effective manner. - Represent MetroNet professionally to satisfy immediate customer needs and to foster return business. - Respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions. - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public. - Maintain regular, consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance according to company policies. - Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and those of the project team. - Adhere to company policies, regulations, procedures, and principles. Qualifications - BS/BA degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or civil engineering preferred. - Equivalent experience will be considered. - Strong knowledge of Telecom construction and engineering, project budget creation and management, project scheduling and tracking, project finance, cost reporting, and field office operations. - Solid business acumen and experience in managing large telecom construction projects. - Ten or more years of telecommunications OSP network design and construction experience or acceptable equivalent required. • Help support the day-to-day movement of inventory across Metronet’s supply chain • Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments from suppliers to Metronet’s facilities • Facilitate the transfer of inventory movement between 60+ market warehouses • Work with strategic partners (3PL partners, carriers) to achieve and exceed cost and service metrics • Assist with the onboarding of vendors to Metronet’s Vendor Compliance Manual • Schedule freight movement through carriers & preferred 3PL partner(s) • Update and maintain centralized recordkeeping of market warehouses and contact information • Establish and document standard operating procedures and process maps • Analyze data and produce reporting for management • Audit freight invoices for accuracy
• Oversee, plan, and manage Regional Managers and teams supporting Supply Chain and Warehousing operations, including supervisors and hourly employees across manufacturing, distribution, and office environments • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, implementing strategic initiatives, and identifying operational efficiencies across market warehousing • Communicate supply chain performance, service issues, and short- and long-term solutions to senior leadership while collaborating cross-functionally to manage expectations • Maintain regular communication with direct reports using remote tools to stay informed on daily warehouse operations and resolve issues proactively • Analyze, resolve, or escalate supply chain and inventory issues to ensure accurate inventory levels and accountability across market warehouses, including remote personnel • Review budgets, expenditures, and operational performance across multiple locations and implement improvements as needed • Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to support team growth and achievement of business goals • Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and scalability • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to drive operational excellence • Manage and optimize shipping costs, minimizing unnecessary transfers between facilities • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and OSHA requirements • Travel up to 50% to support Metronet warehouse operations and onsite teams • Perform additional duties as assigned
• Review engineered drawings to ensure compliance with permitting entity and jurisdictional requirements • Serve as the final reviewer and seal engineered drawings for submission to permitting authorities • Prepare and submit drawings and documentation to authorities having jurisdiction for zoning approvals, variances, special use permits, and conditional use permits, as required • Coordinate and contract with local market land surveyors to obtain ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, and easement documentation • Coordinate and contract with local market geotechnical and environmental engineering firms to support required investigations and studies • Support Permitting Managers and Coordinators with permit submissions and participate in meetings with local officials and authorities • Produce drawings and related contract documents in a cost‑effective, accurate, and timely manner • Mentor apprentice engineers and other technical staff to build organizational capability and technical expertise • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, public officials, and external partners • Maintain professional standards for attendance, punctuality, appearance, and conduct in accordance with company policies • Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance individual performance and project team effectiveness • Comply with all company policies, procedures, regulations, and ethical standards

• Ensuring the stability and reliability of on-premise Oracle database environments through maintenance, monitoring, and security administration • Supporting application-specific data integrity, managing local user security, and maintaining replication streams using GoldenGate and remote site configurations • Collaborating with development teams to support application data functions • Administering on-premise Oracle databases (including Multitenant container/pluggable architectures) • Creating and managing database user accounts, profiles, and privileges manually • Monitoring and maintaining Oracle GoldenGate replication processes • Performing routine database maintenance tasks such as patching, backups (RMAN), and storage management • Troubleshooting database alerts and basic application performance issues • Assisting in the deployment of database changes and schema updates to support application releases • Ensuring database recoverability by conducting regular backup verifications • Monitoring database performance metrics and executing basic tuning tasks under the guidance of senior staff.
