SAP Support Consultant – MM, PM
DyFlex Solutions
• Provide functional SAP MM and PM support across Incidents, Service Requests and Minor Enhancements • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve SAP application issues in a timely and customer-focused manner • Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions and configurations • Support key MM processes including Procurement, Inventory Management, Valuation and Logistics Invoicing • Support PM processes including Master Data, Maintenance Planning, Work Orders, Notifications and Preventive Maintenance • Assist with system enhancements, testing, documentation and deployment activities • Deliver clear communication to stakeholders regarding issue status, resolution paths and outcomes • Collaborate with technical teams for debugging, transport management and root cause analysis • Maintain high-quality functional documentation and knowledge base articles • Ensure solutions align to SAP best practices and DyFlex delivery standards • Support ongoing system optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives • Participate in on-call or after-hours support where required (as part of a roster)
Job Requirements
- Proven experience supporting SAP MM and PM modules in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Materials Management and Plant Maintenance business processes
- Experience working in an SAP Application Support or AMS environment
- Ability to analyse issues independently and recommend pragmatic, fit-for-purpose solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with business users
- Experience working with tickets, SLAs and support tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, SAP Solution Manager)
- Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset
- Exposure to integration points with FI, CO, PP or WM/EWM is highly regarded
- SAP MM and/or PM certification preferred but not essential
- Experience supporting multiple customers or industries is beneficial
- A proactive, customer-centric approach with a strong sense of ownership

Role Description CTG is seeking an experienced SAP Corporate Serialization Consultant to design, implement, and support corporate serialization solutions for a global supply chain environment. This is a fully remote role requiring collaboration across time zones, including some Central European Time hours and occasional weekends. - Design and implement SAP Corporate Serialization (CorS) solutions to track and record serialized supply chain events. - Integrate custom web and mobile applications with SAP ECC and CorS for seamless event capture and posting. - Stabilize master data integration and event posting processes. - Lead functional, integration, and business user testing. - Support large-scale data migration from AII/OER to CorS. - Define strategies for data archiving and reporting on historical data. Qualifications - 15+ years in SAP supply chain roles. - 7+ years with SAP Corporate Serialization and/or SAP ATTP. - Expertise in GS1 standards, including GRAI handling. - Strong SAP ECC, SAP GUI, and integration experience. - Proven experience in functional testing, integration testing, and data migration. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Assists clients in the operational support of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solutions.
