We’re hiring an Engineering Coordinator to support our fast-paced installation team. You’ll coordinate daily tasks, manage schedules, and communicate with both field crews and clients — while also applying your technical understanding to ensure projects are installation-ready. Key Responsibilities: - Assign daily tasks to field teams and track progress in ClickUp - Communicate with clients about visit schedules, delays, or rescheduling - Verify technical readiness of openings before installation (measurements, drawings, materials) - Review shop drawings or specifications to identify potential issues before dispatch - Ensure crews are prepared with the correct materials, glass, and hardware - Book hotels for traveling installers - Monitor vehicle mileage and documentation (registration, insurance) - Support project managers with coordination and issue tracking - Review quality of completed work and report problems if needed Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in dispatching, construction, or engineering coordination - Engineering or technical background preferred (construction, architecture, or related field) - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and measurements - Confident English and Russian (B2 or above) - Comfortable using task management tools (ClickUp or similar)
