• Manage and coordinate multiple workstreams on several projects to ensure they stay on schedule and budget. • Organize and plan project development tasks and schedules. • Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are developed successfully. • Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise. • Interface with outside consultants for items such as: air permitting, engineering design, legal services, etc. • Prepare, manage, optimize, and report on project schedules and budgets. • Create presentations to communicate project status to key internal and external stakeholders.
• Own and continuously improve company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. • Develop and maintain integrated financial models that link operational drivers to financial outcomes. • Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to support strategic and capital allocation decisions. • Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages for executive leadership and the Board. • Design, build, and modernize FP&A deliverables (models, dashboards, KPIs, recurring reports) to improve clarity, speed, and actionability. • Analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Assist in month-end and quarterly reporting processes to ensure accurate financial tracking. • Act as a finance business partner to operations, development, commercial, and corporate teams. • Provide financial support for capital improvement projects, including investment analysis, returns modeling, and post-investment performance tracking. • Assess industry trends and competitor performance. • Design, build, and continuously improve FP&A reporting deliverables (models, dashboards, recurring packages). • Drive improvements in FP&A processes, data quality, and controls by streamlining workflows and automating recurring analyses. • Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between operational reporting, financial statements, and forecasts. • Serve as a subject-matter expert for FP&A-related questions across the organization. • Mentor and review work product of junior FP&A or finance team members as the team scales. • Improve reporting processes by streamlining data collection and analysis.

• Support the engineering execution of landfill‑ and biogas‑based RNG projects, including gas collection and control systems (GCCS), gas upgrading, compression, interconnection, and balance‑of‑plant systems • Review and coordinate engineering deliverables such as process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), equipment datasheets, layouts, and utility requirements • Assist with technology evaluations and selection for biogas upgrading, gas treatment, compression, and metering systems consistent with Terreva’s platform • Review vendor and contractor submittals for technical compliance with project requirements and Terreva engineering standards • Interface with Terreva’s development, construction, and operations teams to ensure engineering aligns with project budgets, schedules, and constructability requirements • Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing RNG facilities, including environmental permits, pipeline interconnection requirements, and safety standards

POSITION PURPOSE: The Institutional Client Group (ICG) seeks a Relationship Manager to lead business development and client relationship efforts with institutional investors in the U.S. and Canada. This includes engaging with prospects such as public pensions, corporate pensions, endowments, foundations, and other asset allocators and expanding relationships with existing clients. We seek a First Vice President level professional, a senior title equivalent to Senior Vice President or Director at many investment management firms. This external-facing, high-impact position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to raise capital and cultivate institutional relationships. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience from an asset manager, real estate private equity firm, or placement agent and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. This role is location-agnostic and can be performed remotely in the U.S., with the option to work from our offices in Los Angeles (HQ), Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, New York, or Phoenix. Frequent travel for client meetings, roadshows, and industry events is expected. RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote CIM’s full suite of real estate, infrastructure, and credit investment products and capabilities to institutional investors. Clearly articulate CIM’s investment strategies, platforms, performance, and competitive advantages to support capital-raising efforts and enhance brand awareness. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, maintaining regular communication and delivering exceptional client service through in-person meetings and calls. Develop and maintain relationships with new prospective investors, including responding to due diligence requests and inquiries. Research and analyze institutional investors, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and inform strategic outreach. Collaborate with the Institutional Client Group, Portfolio Oversight, and Strategy Solutions teams to contribute to new product development and preview new investment offerings to prospective investors. Travel frequently to meet with investors and represent the firm at industry conferences, panels, and related events. Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. For this role, bonus compensation may be a significant part of the total compensation. The anticipated base salary range for the position is $175,000- $250,000. • This resource is a known quantity at the various wealth management groups with significant experience selling alternatives into the major bank wealth management platforms. They should have very long-standing relationships with key advisors at our target banks. • They will provide CIM with a demand assessment for each of our products ahead of speaking to the heads of private wealth, alts, etc. about a given product. • This function will leverage their years of experience selling alts to bank platforms to serve as an internal resource for best practices to ensure we are acting efficiently in terms of allocating time and human capital, help to determine processes deficiencies, expanding intelligently and strategically, etc. • This resource will induce demand, and accelerate onboarding, for CIM product by leveraging their FA/Wealth Manager relationships. • This resource will leverage their FA/Wealth Management relationships to secure advocates for our product that are internal to a given bank who will push the Head of Alts to onboard CIM funds with an assurance that our funds are high quality and can be sold efficiently and effectively.
