• Manage and coordinate multiple workstreams on several projects to ensure they stay on schedule and budget. • Organize and plan project development tasks and schedules. • Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are developed successfully. • Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise. • Interface with outside consultants for items such as: air permitting, engineering design, legal services, etc. • Prepare, manage, optimize, and report on project schedules and budgets. • Create presentations to communicate project status to key internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project/program development/management or equivalent field.
- Experience working with multiple team members within a matrix environment.
- Experience with large capital project development, management, and construction.
- Ability to organize, perform and prioritize various functions to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
- Detail-oriented.
- Effective technical/analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Available to travel domestically 25-30% of the time.
