As the GTM Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and managing AI-driven agents that streamline sales, marketing, and revenue operations. You’ll be part of a small, high-trust team where you can take ownership from day one and collaborate directly with decision-makers on meaningful, complex projects. Responsibilities - Build and run autonomous agent systems that execute go-to-market workflows, including research, outreach, data enrichment, and reporting. - Oversee the AI operations toolchain end to end — identifying opportunities for automation, designing and deploying agents, and continuously optimizing performance. - Collaborate directly with leadership to address high-impact operational challenges and drive measurable results. - Maintain and enhance agentic systems integrated with platforms such as HubSpot, Clay, Slack, Notion, and Attention.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or automation systems in production, not just prototypes.
- Deep familiarity with AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Replit, Cursor, v0, or similar).
- Proficiency with APIs, low-code/no-code platforms, and large language model orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to move efficiently from concept to production with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written communication skills for effective asynchronous collaboration across teams and time zones.
- (Preferred) Background in SaaS or DTC operations and familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
