Role Description Sur ce poste, vos missions seront en lien avec la partie « commande publique » de l'unité et consisteront notamment à : - mettre en ligne des dossiers de consultation des entreprises sur la Plateforme des achats de l'État (PLACE), assurer la publication aux journaux officiels (BOAMP et JOUE); - réceptionner les offres dématérialisées, préparer des courriers aux candidats non retenus; - planifier les instances d'ouverture et d'analyse des offres et en assurer le secrétariat, préparer les convocations et les procès verbaux, réserver les salles et matériels; - assurer le contrôle des pièces de marchés avant leur archivage; - assurer le contrôle et le suivi des actes du représentant du pouvoir adjudicateur (RPA) en cours d'exécution des marchés (notifications, actes de sous-traitance, avenants, bordereaux de prix supplémentaires, prolongations de délais, PV de réception, notification et tenue du tableau de bord de suivi des DGD, etc.); - assurer les missions de contrôle préalable et de préparation de la notification des marchés (mise au point et contrôle du dossier de marché, préparation des rapports du RPA et de la notification, reproduction, etc.); - tenir les tableaux de bord de suivi des marchés et de leurs dates de validité; - assurer un suivi des procédures commande publique dans APPACH; - gérer en lien avec les facilitateurs du réseau de la DIRA, la rédaction des clauses d'insertion sociale dans les marchés de la DIRA. Qualifications - connaissance de la réglementation en matière de marchés publics; - connaissance des outils informatiques et bureautiques (suite bureautique LibreOffice, tableurs, etc.); - rédaction de courriers administratifs; - respect des délais; - sens du rendu compte; - être rigoureux et méthodique; - sens du travail en équipe; - sens de l'organisation; - bon relationnel, capacité de dialogue. Contribuer aux propositions de suites à donner aux non-conformités. - Contribuer au travail de la MISEN (Mission Inter-Service de l'Eau et de la Nature) : rédaction de notes, participation aux groupes de travail,... Le poste que vous occuperez induit les responsabilités classiques d'un chargé de police de l'eau. A ce titre une assermentation sera à obtenir. Qualifications - Compétences techniques : Souhaité : Formation générale dans le domaine de l'eau / Connaissances plus précises en matière d'eaux pluviales et d'hydraulique. - Compétences transversales : Maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique et de cartographie (QGIS) - Maîtrise des logiciels : Gun environnement, CASCADE, LICORNE. - Compétences relationnelles : Organisation, savoir écouter, interpréter, convaincre, négocier et concilier les attentes des différents acteurs - Sens du contact avec les usagers. - Compétences rédactionnelles administratives. - Goût du travail en équipe et en partenariat. Job Description: Sponsored Projects Officer (Subawards & Grant Agreements) This position is part of the enterprise Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP) and supports the administration of grant-related contracts and subawards across Intermountain Health’s research portfolio. The role centers on the review, negotiation, execution, and lifecycle management of grant funded agreements, including subawards and state, local, and nonprofit grant agreements. It supports sponsored projects across a large, multi-state integrated health system and requires familiarity with associated operational, regulatory, and compliance considerations. The position collaborates closely with investigators, research operations, finance, legal, compliance, and external sponsors and subrecipients to ensure agreements are compliant and operationally executable. Responsibilities also include subrecipient monitoring and oversight, such as risk assessment, documentation review, and ongoing compliance monitoring. Familiarity with data sharing, privacy and security requirements, and health system–based research operations is beneficial.
