Your Mission: - Relationship Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your key accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction. - Product Expertise: Consult with clients on technical specifications, paper bag based packaging technologies, modern paper bag manufacturing process and materials. - Collaboration: Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure client expectations, orders are fulfilled on time and to specification. - Strategic Growth: Identify "upsell" or "cross-sell" opportunities within existing accounts to increase share-of-wallet. - New Business Development: Proactively prospect and convert high-value leads in the industrial packaging space (e.g., construction, agriculture, food processing). - Increase, and promote the presence and reputation of Mondi Paper Bags in the UK market, showcasing our products and services, from our product offerings, technical expertise, and our sustainability service portfolio. - Develop relationships with potential customers, building a strong foundation to long term cooperation and increased sales. - Increase, promote the presence and reputation of Mondi Paper Bags in the UK market, showcasing our products and services, from our product offerings, technical expertise, and our sustainability service portfolio. - Fully engage with Mondi’s strategy, objectives, business systems: including, but not limited to, Mondi’s sustainability goals. Your Profile: - Highly motivated, self-driven sales professional with a proven performance in B2B sales, development and management. - Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic market and industry environment and customer expectations. - Passion for sustainability with the ability to present and promote Mondi’s products/services within relevant industries, with sustainable paper-based packaging. - Proven experience in industrial packaging or paper bag manufacturing, ideally in the markets of food/feed, building materials, and other granulated/powdered products. - Preferably equipped with technical capacity and aptitude, and knowledge of product (ongoing training provided). - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to communicate confidently at all levels with prospects, customers, and other Mondi colleagues and management. - Self-motivating, capable of working remotely, and as part of a much wider team. - Problem Solving: Ability to handle complex supply chain challenges with a calm, client-first approach. - Excellent written, oral communication skills, organisational skills. - Mobility: Willingness to travel to client sites and manufacturing facilities as needed. - Clean driving license.
