PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME AND AUDIO RECORDING IN ENGLISH Wholesale Account Manager 🆔 Job ID: JACRIC2 🏢 Industry: Pet Food & Treat Manufacturing 📍 Location: South Africa / LATAM 🕒 Job Status: Full Time ⏰ Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST 💰 Salary: • SA - $10 to $12 per hour • LATAM - $10 to $12 per hour 🚀 Target Start Date: ASAP Role Overview 📌 About the Client: 🐾 The client is a rapidly growing pet treat manufacturer specializing in high-quality, chemical-free dog and cat treats. We operate across multiple channels, including e-commerce, wholesale, and retail. As we move into a new facility and scale our operations, we are looking for a high-level partner to help organize the "chaos" of a fast-growing business and serve as the "glue" that keeps our team and processes aligned. About the Role: 💼 We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy Wholesale Account Manager to lead the expansion of our B2B business. This is a multi-faceted role that blends high-volume outreach with high-touch relationship management. You will be the primary engine for growth—finding new retail partners—while simultaneously serving as the dedicated point of contact for all existing customer reorders, support, and program implementation. The ideal candidate is an expert communicator who can marry the efficiency of AI-Augmented Sales with a warm, authentic human touch. Being a dog and pet lover or owner would add value in being able to connect with customers and the mission. Key Responsibilities ✅ - Strategic Growth: Utilize our Overjoy AI-driven outreach platform to identify and pitch new retail prospects. You will be responsible for Prompt Engineering—refining AI outputs to ensure outreach is personalized, effective, and perfectly aligned with our brand voice. - Relationship Management: Serve as the Primary Point of Contact for all wholesale accounts. You will manage the full lifecycle of the customer, from the initial pitch to onboarding and long-term retention. - Operational Excellence: Manage all customer reorders and support inquiries. You will ensure the wholesale experience is seamless by coordinating across our internal departments (logistics, marketing, and product). - Program Management: Implement and oversee new wholesale initiatives, such as loyalty tiers, seasonal pre-orders, and display programs. - Sales & Consulting: Confidently "talk shop" with buyers of retail establishments, understanding their pain points and positioning our products as essential additions to their shelves. Qualifications & Skills 🎯 English Mastery: Near-native fluency in English with the ability to write compelling, professional, and persuasive copy. Sales Tech Savvy: Experience with (or a strong desire to master) AI-Augmented Sales and Shopify. Familiarity with Overjoy is a major plus. The "Retail Language": Proven ability or the natural interpersonal skill set to communicate effectively with professional retail buyers and boutique owners. Brand Alignment: Ability to quickly adopt and mirror our unique brand voice. You must be able to sound like a "partner," not just a "vendor." Detail-Oriented: You will be managing multiple accounts and data points; precision is non-negotiable. Bonus Points 🐶 - Dog Lovers Wanted: We are a brand that lives and breathes the canine lifestyle. Being a dog owner or a true dog lover will help you authentically connect with our customers and our mission. - E-commerce Experience: Previous experience managing wholesale portals within Shopify. Why This Role? 💡 This is not a "set it and forget it" support role. You will be the face of our wholesale division. We provide the tools (Overjoy, Shopify, and AI support), and you provide the strategy and personality to scale the business.
