Mental Health Referral Coordinator & Scheduler EMS of Virginia is seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working individual to assist with managing our inbound referrals for our services, to include: Intensive In-home Counseling, Mental Health Skill-building, Community Crisis Stabilization, Mobile Crisis Response, ADHD Testing, Life Skills Coaching, and other services as they arise. The Referral Coordinator & Scheduler will complete a preliminary review of inquiries to ensure they meet criteria for services. From there, he/she/they will proceed with scheduling an assessment with an assessor on the team. Referral Coordinator & Scheduler is responsible for ensuring that electronic health record is set up and Medicaid eligibility is completed. For clients not meeting criteria, individual notifies referral source and / or client of disposition and makes referrals for other services. Individual follows up with clients who miss scheduled assessments and reschedules when appropriate. This position is remote and works best for someone with flexibility in their days to be available when referrals come in either online or through telephone. Other administrative opportunities could be available for right candidate. To start, position is 12-15 hours per week. This is a REMOTE, WORK FROM HOME POSITION. Pay is $23/hr.
