Lead Interior Designer – Luxury Development

Wing Assistant

• Serve as the creative and technical bridge between architectural concepts and finished, market-ready luxury spaces. • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive interior packages for high-end residential estates and multifamily developments. • Transform architectural blueprints into cohesive interior design narratives for luxury lobbies, amenities, and residential units. • Ensure all designs align with current luxury market trends to drive sales velocity. • Develop design standards and FF&E specifications that can be scaled across multifamily projects. • Audit architectural, MEPF, and structural plans to ensure interior layouts are technically feasible. • Oversee the production of detailed construction drawing sets. • Identify opportunities to optimize costs through material alternatives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10–12+ years in interior design, with at least 5 years leading luxury residential or large-scale multifamily projects.
  • Licensed Interior Designer (IDr) or Architect with a heavy interior specialization.
  • A proven track record of "high-end" completions. We are looking for sophisticated palettes, technical precision, and a deep understanding of luxury materiality (stone, millwork, lighting).
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp/V-Ray or 3ds Max. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for presentation decks is a must.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication. Since this is a remote role, you must be an expert at "presenting the vision" via Zoom/Teams and managing digital workflows (Asana, Monday.com, or similar).

Overview About the Role & Team This role supports the scaling of IDC’s Learning Engineering and Solutions team during a critical period of enterprise transformation. With Trevi Release, PRDD transformation, and D365 modernization occurring concurrently, the organization requires increased enablement production capacity to maintain execution speed and readiness across a 2,000-person workforce. The contractor will contribute to the development, maintenance, and scaling of enablement content, while also supporting operational improvements tied to the Unified Learning Experience initiative. This includes strengthening content organization, repository management, and overall learning platform hygiene to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and structured for future scalability. This role is essential to stabilizing throughput, reducing training debt, improving content governance, and ensuring that learning assets and data are well-organized, properly documented, and prepared for ongoing transformation efforts across the enterprise. What You’ll Do - Execute assigned production tasks to support the creation and update of enablement content, following established templates and standards. - Perform content cleanup and maintenance activities, including identifying and addressing outdated, duplicate, or redundant training materials - Support organization and structuring of learning assets across repositories, ensuring consistent naming conventions, version control, and file management practices - Assist in maintaining content inventories and tracking systems to improve visibility, reporting, and control of learning assets - Prepare content and associated documentation (e.g., metadata, file structures, versioning details) to support internal transformation and platform readiness efforts (non-administrative) - Support backlog reduction by completing ticketed updates, revisions, and rebuilds within defined intake and workflow processes - Contribute to improving overall content hygiene and governance aligned with the Unified Learning Experience (ULE) initiative - Assist with formatting, packaging, and preparing training materials for publishing workflows, without performing platform administration - Support reporting and documentation efforts related to content status, production tracking, and repository organization What You Bring - Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (college graduate required).
