Pour soutenir cette dynamique ambitieuse, LevelUp recrute un(e) Commercial(e) expérimenté(e) capable de prendre en charge un flux constant de leads qualifiés et de contribuer directement aux objectifs commerciaux de la structure. 🎯 Tes missions: En tant que Commercial(e), tu es au cœur de la performance commerciale de LevelUp. Ton rôle couvre l'intégralité du cycle de vente, du premier contact jusqu'à la signature. - Setting & Closing - Assurer une partie de setting (premiers appels de qualification) pour alimenter ton pipeline et t'assurer de la qualité des leads avant de passer en phase de closing. - Mener des appels de closing en visio avec des leads chauds et qualifiés (entre 10 et 20 rendez-vous par semaine). - Conduire chaque entretien de vente de la prise de contact jusqu'à la signature du contrat, dans le respect du script fourni et de l'image de la marque. - Gérer les objections avec tact, intégrité et professionnalisme, en t'adaptant au profil de chaque prospect. - Closer des offres premium avec un taux de closing défini - Suivi CRM & Pilotage de la performance - Documenter chaque interaction dans le CRM de manière rigoureuse et structurée pour assurer la traçabilité du pipeline. - Suivre tes indicateurs clés (taux de closing, CA généré, qualité des échanges) et te challenger continuellement pour dépasser tes objectifs mensuels. - Participer au point d'équipe hebdomadaire et collaborer avec les équipes pour maximiser les résultats. 🔎 Profil recherché: 💼 Expérience: - Tu as au moins 2 ans expérience en tant que commercial(e) : tu peux venir d'un parcours terrain ou en vente classique (B2C, B2B, services…), à condition d'avoir une première expérience significative dans l'univers digital. - Tu es à l'aise avec la vente d'offres premium à plusieurs milliers d’euros et tu comprends les spécificités des parcours d'achat en ligne. - Un an d'expérience minimum en closing est requis. 🔨 Compétences: - Tu maîtrises les techniques de closing et sais adapter ton discours en temps réel selon ton interlocuteur et les objections rencontrées. - Tu assures une partie de setting avec aisance : qualification des leads, gestion des premiers contacts, identification des besoins avant le closing.
