• You support our Account Management team in guiding clients in a structured, reliable manner and with genuine appreciation. • You prepare check-ins, status updates and follow-ups to help clients make rapid progress and feel optimally supported. • You help maintain our CRM (HubSpot), keep client data up to date and assist with preparing basic KPI summaries. • You guide clients through their first steps in the program, ensuring they have a clear overview — onboarding, next steps and action items. • You work closely with Consulting, Support and Mentoring to ensure clients receive the right support at the right time.
Job Requirements
- You have initial experience in customer-facing roles, service, sales, community management or another communication-focused position.
- Basic understanding of online marketing.
- You can communicate clearly, politely and precisely — both in writing and verbally.
- You have strong digital affinity and quickly adapt to new tools (CRM, Slack, Google Workspace).
- You work reliably and in a structured way and have an eye for detail — follow-ups, reminders and deadlines are in good hands with you.
- You are curious, learn quickly and are eager to build professional account management skills.
- You are proactive, think ahead and contribute your own ideas on how we can better support clients.

The Account Coordinator will utilize the application of processes, skills, knowledge and collaboration to aid the Account Executive and Account Supervisor in achieving specific project objectives according to the project criteria.
