• Develop Client Relationships: Work directly within custodial distribution channels in their branches to develop relationships and business flows. • Build Networks: Develop relationships with custodial distribution relationship financial consultants in their branches through seminars and other activities. • Travel: Travel is generally limited to Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR)
  • Holding either a Series 65 OR a Series 66 and Series 7
  • At least 2 years registered as an IAR
  • Plus 3 years immediately prior registered with a broker-dealer
  • OR holds a CFP®, CFA®, CPA, or qualifies as a securities portfolio manager
  • Strong communication skills, including public speaking, with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

Role Description The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving strategic growth of our Institutional Special Needs Plan (I-SNP) through high-value partnerships with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), long-term care (LTC) operators, assisted living communities, and post-acute providers. This role sits at the intersection of sales, relationship management, healthcare operations, and value-based care performance. The ideal candidate understands that success in an I-SNP is not just enrolling members — it is becoming a preferred clinical and operational partner to facilities by improving outcomes, reducing total cost of care, and aligning incentives. This is not traditional Medicare sales; this is facility-centric, value-based partnership development.
