• Evaluate accounts and investment strategies to design and execute implementation plans that migrate accounts to centralized resources, ensuring compliance with stated strategy guidelines and client-specific restrictions • Respond to stakeholder inquiries and effectively articulate internal processes and strategic direction to key decision-makers, driving successful transitions to centralized resources • Develop, document, and review implementation proposals, ensuring all transitions comply with advisors and client requirements and constraints • Clearly communicate plan and expectations to internal stakeholders • Manage administrative changes for accounts in the CAPTRUST rebalancing and trading platform • Manage data integrity in the CAPTRUST rebalancing and trading platform • Collaborate and communicate with the Mergers and Acquisitions Team, Integrations, Investment Group, Advisor teams, and Trading Teams regularly • Review and implement trades for accounts due to contributions, distributions, asset allocation changes, or other changes while ensuring the accounts are in line with the strategy after such events take place • Assist or run point on ad hoc requests within the team or from other teams as needed • Review and maintain key performance data for the team to report on a quarterly basis

• Serve as the primary point of contact for At Work-related data and analytics needs • Partner with CAPTRUST’s centralized data team to prioritize, design, and improve data solutions supporting At Work • Help establish consistent definitions, metrics, and reporting standards across the At Work practice • Improve data quality, clarity, and usability over time • Support and enhance internal and client-facing reporting used by At Work teams • Work closely with Operations to understand recurring reporting needs and reduce one-off or manual efforts • Develop dashboards and reports that support operational planning, advisor effectiveness, and leadership decision-making • Translate reporting outputs into insights that inform action, not just describe activity • Develop qualitative and quantitative measures of client and participant engagement, trust, and relationship health • Help establish ongoing feedback loops across the client and participant lifecycle, beyond episodic surveys • Identify trends that signal strengthening relationships, stagnation, or potential breakdowns • Support analysis related to the annual financial wellness survey and other experience-related initiatives • Analyze patterns associated with strong long-term outcomes such as sustained engagement, retention, and expansion of advisory relationships as needs evolve • Partner with leadership and Operations to identify where additional investment of time or resources may be needed • Help reduce reliance on anecdotal feedback through clearer, shared insight

• Conduct comprehensive discovery meetings with client key stakeholders • Lead the ideation process and craft a detailed Action Plan • Coordinate with internal and external parties to finalize the Action Plan • Serve as the primary point of contact post-launch • Work closely with the client to determine data availability • Educate clients on the value and impact of a holistic financial wellness program

• Provide financial planning and education to retirement plan participants in group or individual sessions • Manage and maintain various annual client projects • Manage specific department tasks such as reporting, ongoing communications, and presentation development • Travel to client locations and manage expenses; may travel up to 80% of time out of town, including overnight

• Develop Client Relationships: Work directly within custodial distribution channels in their branches to develop relationships and business flows. • Build Networks: Develop relationships with custodial distribution relationship financial consultants in their branches through seminars and other activities. • Travel: Travel is generally limited to Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
