• Routine and Productivity Management: You will be responsible for organizing and planning your prospecting, qualification and follow-up activities in HubSpot, keeping the CRM up to date and maintaining the discipline required for remote work. • Active Prospecting: Maintain a consistent volume of activities, with a predominance of calls, complemented by emails and WhatsApp. • Consultative and Personalized Approach: Build rapport with interlocutors, creating human connections that facilitate conversation and overcome resistance. • Overcoming Objections: Handle common objections such as "I already have a supplier" or "long contracts", using solid arguments about Flash's differentiators and the value of the solution. • Opportunity Prioritization: Prioritize leads with the greatest potential, focusing on the early hours of the day for high-impact contacts and ensuring effective cold outreach.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in active prospecting (OUTBOUND), with pre-sales experience focused on acquiring new leads from scratch and opening markets.
- Cold calling and experience with a high volume of daily activities, using the phone as the main communication channel.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to plan and structure your work routine independently and efficiently.

Role Description The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving strategic growth of our Institutional Special Needs Plan (I-SNP) through high-value partnerships with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), long-term care (LTC) operators, assisted living communities, and post-acute providers. This role sits at the intersection of sales, relationship management, healthcare operations, and value-based care performance. The ideal candidate understands that success in an I-SNP is not just enrolling members — it is becoming a preferred clinical and operational partner to facilities by improving outcomes, reducing total cost of care, and aligning incentives. This is not traditional Medicare sales; this is facility-centric, value-based partnership development.
