Role Description We are seeking a Product Manager of Data Experience to be at the forefront of transforming business requirements into an actionable backlog of data products. The Product Manager will be responsible for running strategic and tactical initiatives, helping shape our data strategy, and ensuring that our data products align with Bentley’s strategic goals. Your primary objective will be to deliver trusted, high-impact data products that empower our business teams to optimize performance and accelerate growth. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably with a focus on data, analytics, or internal business applications. - Strong understanding of enterprise data, analytics, and product management principles. - Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations. - Excellent ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for data engineers and analysts. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and articulate a clear product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field. Requirements - This role does not require travel. - Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience with core enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday). - Proficiency in SQL for data exploration and analysis. - Familiarity with modern data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake) and BI (e.g., Power BI) platforms. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. • Collaborate with Product Managers to guide vision, roadmap, and backlog. • Collaborate with end-users and partners including Analytics, Engineering, Product Managers, Legal, Compliance to understand business/technical needs and translate them into clear requirements and acceptance criteria. • Reporting to the VP of Product. • Consolidation of all business and technical requirements into project-based epics/stories to have clearly defined development cycle/milestones. • Partner with Product Managers/Analytics to define attribute logic, score requirements, segmentation, cutoffs, and success metrics. • Oversee the full development lifecycle: requirements → solution design → build → validation → rollout → monitoring → iteration. • Build testing and rollout plans (shadow mode, phased launches, rollback). • Ensure governance readiness, including documentation, auditability, traceability, versioning, and explainability where applicable. • Establish monitoring for solution/platform stability to allow incident response. • Guide agile execution through backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retros, and ongoing prioritization as needs change. • Evaluate sales and client support questions/tasks to the appropriate product manager, analytics, engineering, and product support partners.

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for product lines • Plan and lead preparation of product quotes • Develop effective pricing models • Collaborate on product line strategy and roadmap • Provide input to senior leadership

• Ownership of the project backlogs in Azure DevOps (ADO) • Leading feature/user story grooming, sprint planning, and testing coordination • Identifying risks to project development and escalating to stakeholders when appropriate • Translating requirements from the subject matter expert into the product backlog • Managing product and project backlogs for multiple SaaS/internal products • Ensuring consistent intake, triage, tagging, prioritization, and assignment of all product and engineering work items. • Tracking sprint progress, dependencies, blockers, and delivery milestones; escalating risks proactively • Collaborating with Product Manager and Product Owners to translate business needs into structured features, user stories with acceptance criteria • Maintaining crosswalks between project management items and client commitments, internal deliverables, and operational processes.
