Role Description We are seeking a Product Manager of Data Experience to be at the forefront of transforming business requirements into an actionable backlog of data products. The Product Manager will be responsible for running strategic and tactical initiatives, helping shape our data strategy, and ensuring that our data products align with Bentley’s strategic goals. Your primary objective will be to deliver trusted, high-impact data products that empower our business teams to optimize performance and accelerate growth. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably with a focus on data, analytics, or internal business applications. - Strong understanding of enterprise data, analytics, and product management principles. - Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations. - Excellent ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for data engineers and analysts. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and articulate a clear product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field. Requirements - This role does not require travel. - Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience with core enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday). - Proficiency in SQL for data exploration and analysis. - Familiarity with modern data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake) and BI (e.g., Power BI) platforms. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
