Product Owner
PRECISIONvalue
• Ownership of the project backlogs in Azure DevOps (ADO) • Leading feature/user story grooming, sprint planning, and testing coordination • Identifying risks to project development and escalating to stakeholders when appropriate • Translating requirements from the subject matter expert into the product backlog • Managing product and project backlogs for multiple SaaS/internal products • Ensuring consistent intake, triage, tagging, prioritization, and assignment of all product and engineering work items. • Tracking sprint progress, dependencies, blockers, and delivery milestones; escalating risks proactively • Collaborating with Product Manager and Product Owners to translate business needs into structured features, user stories with acceptance criteria • Maintaining crosswalks between project management items and client commitments, internal deliverables, and operational processes.
Job Requirements
- BA Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Operations Engineering, Business Management or other related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAFe/Agile organization in the role of Sr Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, or related role
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (mandatory)
- Knowledgeable in software development and other relevant web technologies
- Ability to write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Data, and Product teams
- Comfort working with analytics and data-driven workflows.
- Experience in healthcare analytics, oncology, market access, or life sciences data (preferred)
- Experience managing development of AI-enabled solutions (preferred)
- Experience with product management software systems (preferred)
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework for Product Management (preferred)
- Product Owner Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (preferred)
