Pay Transparency: The base salary range for this position is $100,000 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan. The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation. The base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and work location. About the Role You will be responsible for introducing KEV’s School Cash Suite of solutions to C-level School District Business Officials in your assigned territory of Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Montana, and Nebraska. You’ll work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product departments to learn about the product and the value we offer to existing/prospective clients. Our Account Executives take pride in picking up the phone, setting up in- person meetings to understand prospective client needs. They also have the ability to ask key questions and deliver compelling reasons to act. You recognize that “winning” in a world of reluctant and risk-averse customers means leading customer meetings with insight, and challenging customer assumptions to mobilize them around a purchase. You have a proven track record of acquiring a deep understanding of the customer’s business and using that understanding to push the customer’s thinking and teaching them something new about how they can operate more efficiently / effectively. • Responsible for selling partner products and services such as Banco BV, C6 Bank, CLARO, NIO, and FITEnergia.
