Program Contribution & Continuous Improvement - Capture, document, and escalate product gaps, bugs, and tooling friction points to engineering with clear impact and reproducible detail. - Influence product roadmap areas by providing structured, high‑quality insights based on real-world customer scenarios. - Contribute to improvements in Success by Design guidance, automation, agentic tooling, and core FastTrack processes. - Collaborate with peers globally to align on consistent delivery models, quality standards, and architectural best practices. 4.
